You have questions? We have answers.
How does Teachiy compare to ______?
We don’t play the comparison game with other course platforms. We’ve built Teachiy as course creators ourselves, and we don’t have investors we have to answer to. Oh, and our customer service kicks ass.
Does Teachiy support PayPal payments?
At this time, no. You’d be shocked at how terribly difficult it is to work with PayPal. However! We do integrate with Zapier. You could take payment for your course outside of Teachiy (with PayPal, et al) and then automatically Zap your student into your course.
How are there zero fees?
We want to offer the best deal possible for our customers. We absolutely hate fees and therefore stopped charging our customers fees. No fees for you!
Does Teachiy integrate with _______?
SendOwl, ActiveCampaign, Gumroad, ConfusionSoft (hehe), etc... We get asked all the time and this is also taken care with our Zapier integration. We keep our pricing plans low and charge zero fees because we don’t spend all our time developing new integrations.
Will we build your course for you?
We are thinking about offering a course creation concierge service (yay alliterations!) For now, we’ve built a very intuitive and easy to use course editor that will have you up and running in minutes. Give it a shot :)
How often are we adding new features?
We've spent years building Teachiy and feel very confident in our current list of features. We love listening to our customers and continually add features that can help everyone.
Does Teachiy have a course hub page?
If you have multiple courses and want one website to promote them all, we recommend using Squarespace, Leadpages, or Instapage. Then, just link to your payment pages for your individual courses. Easy peasy!
How long has Teachiy been around?
Teachiy was conceived over a long romantic dinner in the summer of 2014. Okay, maybe it wasn’t a romantic dinner, but the co-founders Jason Zook and Gerlando Piro met at a small conference in Fargo, ND, and the rest is history. We’re in this for the long haul and love supporting our customers.
